Return Policy

This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our website.
Customized Products:
Customized products in production are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. After the inspection, our customer service team will process your refund or assist with a replacement order.


Return Eligibility Requirements:

1. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders placed over 30 days ago.
2. Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the order date.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Customized products (e.g., Yoke Steering Wheel) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Free gifts and giveaways are not eligible for returns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the return address. Any items returned without prior authorization will be refused.


Refund Process:

The end customer responsible for paying the return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or additional fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total.
Only items priced above $100 are eligible for returns. Items purchased for less than $100 are considered final sale. All returns must be in their original packaging, including certificates, warranties, authenticity cards, original invoices, and any accompanying gifts.
Products must be intact and meet the original purchase conditions. Some items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. In special cases, such as receiving damaged items, we may consider a return or exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our after-sales customer service immediately.


Limited 1-Year Warranty:
Our limited 1-year warranty covers defects in the original product but does not include wear and tear or damages caused by installation errors.
